Breakaway producers slammed

Filmmaker Thammareddy Bharadwaj has criticised the filmmakers who have formed a separate group and have decided to give advertisements and contents of their films only to two television channels. "I am not against what they are doing. Cinema is a business and everyone comes here to make successful films. But what these producers are doing is wrong as they are all in the Telugu Film Producers' Council and some of them are holding different posts. It is not right that they are using the Producers Council as their platform," says Thammareddy, adding, "You come out of the producers' council and do whatever you want. But don't use the Council for your own business."
