Lingusamy bags Vijay’s next film

After producing and distributing several successful films, director Lingusamy’s production banner Thirrupathi Brothers has now bagged Vijay Vasanth’s upcoming film Jigina. The film directed by Ravi Nanda Periyasamy of Oru Kallooriyin Kathai fame has newbie Saniya Thara romancing Vijay.

The shooting of the film is in its final stages and the makers are mulling over a release date. It’s heard that Lingusamy lapped up the film as he was impressed with the script of the movie. Lingusamy is also gearing up to direct Sandakozhi 2, the sequel to his 2005 hit flick, with Vishal in the lead.
