Here’s a simple way to get rid of fat and get fit with rope exercise yoga

In the summer months when everyone travels, most people miss out on their fitness routine. The Yoga Rope is a portable piece of equipment that allows you to carry your fitness regime with you wherever you go! Simply by fixing the rope on to a pillar or door, you can then set yourself up to train your core muscles. The resistance offered by the rope helps you to train your core muscles effectively.

Leg Raises with the rope: Place your legs in the rope loops and slowly move your lower body up and down whilst holding onto the rope with your hands also. Do 20 repetitions.

Oblique Strengthening: Placing your top leg in the rope loop and holding the rope with your hand, start raising your leg up and down, thus exercising your obliques or side muscles. Do 15 repetitions on each side.

Modified Bicycle with rope: The bicycle is considered the most effective ab exercise. Placing your legs in the loops, grasp the rope ends with your hands to keep them tight; start to raise and stretch your legs alternatively so that the ab muscles are crunched. Your torso remains slightly above the ground. Do 15 repetitions on each side.

Back Crunches with rope: Strengthening the back is crucial to have a strong core. Placing your legs in the rope loops and holding the rope ends with your hands, raise your torso and legs up and down for about 15 repetitions.
