Lady in red, Katrina Kaif makes final appearance at Cannes 2015
Mumbai: After making her grand debut on the red carpet at the 68th International Film Festival on Wednesday, Katrina Kaif set out on the red carpet again on Thursday. For day 2, the actress opted for a full sleeved red-hot Elie Saab gown paired with red lips and sky-high 8 inch ivory sandals by the same designer.
The actress looked drop-dead gorgeous with her hair let down and minimal jewellery, styled by Michael Angel. Katrina in an interview mentioned that she tried her best to stick to her personal style for the festival.
Katrina also said her fondest memory from the festival was meeting veteran Hollywood star Jane Fonda in the hallway.
The L’Oreal Paris brand ambassador wore an Oscar De La Renta ensemble with minimal jewellery, a diamond bracelet and drop earrings that went beautifully with her fiery red hair for her red carpet debut at Cannes.
Day 2 marked Kat’s final day on the red carpet as she joined the other brand ambassadors for the premiere of ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’. She will be followed by Sonam Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who are also brand ambassadors for L’Oreal Paris. They will make an appearance on May 16 and May 18.
Aishwarya Rai is also expected to unveil the first look of her comeback film ‘Jazba’ at Cannes. The actress will be part of a United Nations panel discussion on gender equality, where the film’s trailer will be premiered.
Katrina made her Twitter debut early this month to document her time at the film festival with pictures. The ‘Fitoor’ star gave her fans the privilege of seeing her look first. Here's what she tweeted.
