Advice from Salman bhai

Nawazuddin Siddiqui may need no tips on acting, but he wasn’t averse to taking some advice from Bajrangi Bhaijaan co-star Salman Khan on how to handle compliments.

Nawaz admits, “I am very uncomfortable with attention.” But Salman’s tips have certainly helped. “The formula for staying grounded is to tell yourself it’s happening to someone else, according to Salman,” Nawaz says.

While the two are getting along well, rumours about Salman getting Nawaz the role didn’t go down too well with the latter. Says Nawaz’s friend, “He never asked for favours even when he was struggling, so why now? Fact is, Kabir and Nawaz worked together on New York and Kabir wanted to work with him again.”
