Dallas to inspire Telangana: KT Rama Rao
Hyderabad: IT minister K.T. Rama Rao met NRIs from Telangana during his Dallas visit on Monday and said that the state government will take Dallas as an inspiration to develop Hyderabad into a world class city.
The Telangana Information Technology Association (TITA) Dallas Chapter team received Telangana IT Minister K.T. Rama Rao at the Dallas Airport.
The minister said people of the state have shown much more trust in the new government than earlier and tax payment at the district and village level has seen a jump by 40 to 60 per cent. He said that the government will ensure that the tax payers money comes back to them in the form of good schemes and projects.
Mentioning the TS Drinking water project, the minister said that once the scheme is implemented, it will improve the standards of living of the people of the state. he urged every NRO from the state to introduce Hyderabad to the world.
The minister addressed the IT CEO Connect and Vibrant Hyderabad meet organized by NRI's from Telangana State. addressing the IT CEO connect, the minister said that the state not only has a transparent system of running the government, a friendly industrial policy but also offers ensured power supply and a land bank for investors. Big investors will be given assured subsidies and incentives, he said.
