R. Madhavan, who has had a long run in films, says that the character he has played in Tanu Weds Manu has been the most challenging one. The trailer of the sequel has generated a great response from the industry and fans.
Recalling his experience during the first film, Madhavan says, “I did not read the entire story at that time. I simply went with the flow. The film was not meant to have a sequel. I feel the biggest challenge for this film is to convince the audience of Kangana’s double roles.”
Speaking about the director Anand L. Rai, the actor adds, “I have the utmost respect for him. He puts his blood and sweat into a project. I knew that right from the time I first met him.”
