Mysuru: The Seventh Additional District and Sessions Court Judge, Roopa Nayak, on Friday granted anticipatory bail to Naveen, the fourth accused in Mysuru rape case. The accused has been granted bail subject to various conditions and a surety of Rs 1 lakh, according to Public Prosecutor Mahanthappa.
Notice
The Mysuru police on Friday issued a notice to the retired IAS officer, the father of the victim of the Mysuru rape case, and his family to appear before the investigating officer in Mysuru anytime next week.
The notice was issued to them at their residence in Bengaluru. The IAS officer said that he and his wife would appear before the investigating officer in Mysuru next week.
