TDP leader Nara Lokesh meets US President Barack Obama, promotes AP as investment destination

Lokesh met businessmen and entrepreneurs before meeting the President

Hyderabad: TDP leader and Andhra Pradesh CM N Chandrababu Naidu’s son Nara Lokesh met US President Barack Obama.

Lokesh who was on a visit to the US to invite investments for Andhra Pradesh met the US President. After meeting the president, Lokesh tweeted an image of him shaking hands with the US President.

Lokesh tweeted saying that, “Explained the smart city project and also AP being the investments destination”.

He also tweeted saying that President Barack Obama conveyed his regards to the AP Chief Minister and mentioned the good work done by the CM.

Lokesh met several investors and industrialists on Tuesday, from the IT, ITeS and electronic-manufacturing sectors during his visit to the United States.

His meeting with the US President

Accusations were made earlier from rival political quarters that Lokesh had paid $10,000 for a photo-oppurtunity with President Obama, however he denied any such report.
