Hyderabad: The Centre has arranged a meeting with the chief secretaries of AP and Telangana on May 13 in New Delhi to discuss the institutions listed in the 10th Schedule of the State Reorganisation Act.
However, AP chief secretary I.Y.R. Krishna Rao wrote to the Union home ministry on Thursday asking for the meeting to be postponed to after May 16, as he would be in Singapore before that.
The meeting had actually been set for May 11 and later postponed to May 15. After the HC ruling on AP State Council of Higher Education , the meeting was brought forward to May 13.
