Mysuru rape case: Look out notice against prime accused
Mysuru: Mysuru City Police have issued look out notice to prevent the prime accused, Dr Prabudhdha Harsha Murthy, in the rape case of retired IAS officer’s daughter, from going out of the country.
As per the investigation report submitted to the Seventh Additional District and Sessions Court during the hearing of anticipatory bail petition of Dr Prabudhdha, which has been rejected now, the police have conducted extensive investigation in the case.
To trace the accused, eight mobile phone numbers have been given to CDR unit of the Mysuru city police to check incoming and outgoing calls. As part of the investigation, the police have collected biometric details from Golden Gym at Jayalakshmipuram, where Dr. Prabudhdha used to visit.
They have even questioned security personnel at Golden Gym Srinivas and Gym trainer H.K. Pradeep. The police have questioned Nalina Murthy, wife of Dr C.B. Murthy, for nine hours on Friday and Sunday. And on Monday, Dr Murthy was questioned, the police said.
