Hyderabad: Telangana employees issued an ultimatum to the state government that they will not work under “Seemandhra officers” (officers of Seemandhra origin) after June 2 if the Telangana government fails to take steps to transfer employees hailing from that region to Andhra Pradesh.
Telangana State employees associations complained to chief secretary Rajiv Sharma on Saturday that Seemandhra origin employees were being allotted to the Telangana State government and Telangana State employees to the Andhra Pradesh government by the Kamalnathan Committee.
They alleged that the panel is giving crucial postings in the Telangana State government to Andhra Pradesh employees.
