As per the Constitution the separate High Court was to be located in AP

HYDERABAD: A division bench comprising Chief Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta and Justice P.V. Sanjay Kumar said that as soon as the AP government indicates the place, the High Court will initiate further steps for the establishment of the court.
Maintaining that as per the Constitution the separate High Court was to be located in AP, the Bench said the Section 51(3) of the AP Reorganisation Act 1956 facilitated the AP government to set up circuit benches of the High Court if it desired, but those benches would function under the jurisdiction of the common High Court till a separate High Court was created for it.
The bench said: “We are hoping that the Centre will release funds for creation and construction of High Court as promised under the AP Reorganisation Act 2014 as early as possible.”
