Hyundai sales rise 2.6 per cent in April to 51,505 units
New Delhi: Hyundai Motor India (HMIL) on April 30, reported 2.6 per cent increase in total sales at 51,505 units in April. The company had sold 50,222 units in the same month last year, HMIL said in a statement.
In the domestic market, Hyundai sold 38,601 units last month compared with 35,248 units in April 2014, up 9.5 per cent. However, the company’s exports declined by 13.8 per cent to 12,904 units against 14,974 units last year.
HMIL senior vice-president (sales and marketing) said Rakesh Srivastava.
