Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon officially divorced for the second time

Mumbai: Actress and animal rights activist Pamela Anderson was granted divorce from her husband Rick Salonom, for the second time. The couple who tied the knot in January 2014, called it quits as things began getting ‘massy’ within six months of their marriage.

Several reports state that Pam first filed walking papers 6 months into their marriage, but soon had a change of heart and stuck it out for another 7 months. Things took a turn for the worse when Rick accused Pam of ‘defrauding’ him into a second marriage and kidnapping his daughter’s dog Bumblebee.

The divorce settlement that was finalized on Thursday, has Pamela walking away a million dollars richer.

The couple released a joint statement that read:

“Public divorces can be harsh and cruel – we apologize to our families and friends for any hurt and embarrassment we have caused-we have come to an amicable agreement and are moving on. There are private and personal family sensitivities to consider and we retract any hurtful comments made in haste and distaste. We wish each other and our families well.”

Anderson and Salomon were first married in 2007, but had that marriage annulled after two months.
