Andhra Pradesh pilgrims in Nepal, safe but stuck
Guntur: The natives of Undavalli village of capital region faced tense moments worried over the security of 27 pilgrims belong to their village stuck in the Nepal earthquake on Saturday. The whereabouts of these pilgrims were later traced and they were found to be safe in Pokhara village of Nepal.
As many as 27 pilgrims in which 5 were men and 22 were set to go to Mukthinath temple on April by Gorakhpur Express. These pilgrims were safe as they were staying in a hotel at Pokhara.
According to reports, B. Sivasankara Rao, Lakshmi, M. Anantalingeswara Rao, Nagalakshmi, M. Murahari, Tirupattamma, S. Sambasiva Rao, Kotamma, P. Seshamma, J. Baleswari, K. Kanakadurga, S. Nirmala, Y. Aruna, B. Padmavathi, P. Koteswari, K. Usaha, Y. Raghavamma, Ch. Vasundhara, M. Tirupatamma, M. Nageswaramma, P. Rajyalakshmi, M. Bullemma, G. Venkataramanakumari, P. Venkatratnam, MV Lakshmi and two others went to Nepal pilgrimage.
