Manchus’ wedding will be a little different
The ‘Pellikoduku' ceremony will be at Mohan Babu's house in Shamshabad, the mehendi at Lakshmi Manchu's house
Hyderabad: Sources say that for Manchu Manoj’s wedding on May 20, since the muhurat is at 9.10 am, only brunch will be served to the guests.
“But they are planning a very big spread with nearly 50 dishes. Chefs from Bengaluru, Chennai, Tirupati, Andhra and Hyderabad will start arriving soon,” says a source. From now till the day of the marriage, the entire family will be together. The events have been planned at different venues. The ‘Pellikoduku’ ceremony will be at Mohan Babu’s house, in Shamshabad, the mehendi function at Lakshmi Manchu’s house, the sangeet at Park Hyatt hotel and the marriage at Hitex. Nearly 8,000 to 10,000 guests are expected to attend the marriage. Lakshmi Manchu meanwhile has shifted to the Filmnagar house where her parents used to live earlier.
