Hrithik Roshan to collaborate with YRF on another action flick

Mumbai: Hrithik Roshan who was a part of second installment of ‘Dhoom’ franchise is teaming up yet again with Yash Raj Films. According to a report in DNA, the yet-to-be-titled flick will be helmed by ‘Dhoom 3’ director Vijay Krishna Acharya and several Hollywood stunt experts will be roped in for the film. Aditya Chopra is planning to turn this new project into a franchise film in the future. But unlike Dhoom, this will just have Hrithik as the central character in sequels.

The third installment which featured Aamir Khan, undoubtedly crossed several records at the box office, but the second sequel starring Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai was on bigger scale in terms of action, suspense and stunts. A source adds, “Dhoom 3 had Aamir playing the villain and it made more money. But undoubtedly, it was Hrithik’s Dhoom 2, which is considered a better film. Dhoom 2 still stands out as the best installment in the franchise. That’s why Adi has made plans of getting him on board for this action film.”

Hrithik who performed jaw-dropping stunts in ‘Bang Bang’, is gearing up for Ashutosh Gowariker’s next ‘Mohenjo Daro’.
