Mumbai: Anushka Sharma’s home production ‘NH 10’, which was helmed by Navdeep Singh was a huge success. According to a report in Absolute India, the two are contemplating with the idea of teaming up again.

Reportedly, Navdeep has been working on his next, which will be produced by Anushka’s production company, Clean Slate Films. The director has two scripts ready and will soon take one of them on floors. One of the film is a gangster drama which has been titled as ‘Cannada’. The story revolves around a Punjabi family set in Canada.

Navdeep believes that Anushka perfectly fits the bill as the lead character. He said, “I have showed the script to Anushka as there is a strong female character in the film and I would like her to be part of it. She has yet to decide on that.”

However, Anushka is yet to give a nod to the film. Though she has loved the script, she is a bit hesitant on starring in it because she doesn’t want to be in all the films made by her production house.

The actress is awaiting the release of ‘Dil Dhadkane Do’ and ‘Bombay Velvet’. Anushka will also feature in Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Ranbir Kapoor.
