Karimnagar MLA Gangula Kamalakar inaugurates road widening works in City

Karimnagar: Karimnagar MLA Gangula Kamalakar inaugurated works relating to widening of the stretch between RTC workshop and district forest office in Karimnagar on Thursday.

Mr. Kamalakar said the 3.2-km stretch, once widened, would ease the traffic. Either sides of the road will have spacious footpaths for walkers and the estimated cost of the 100-feet road in the stretch is Rs 10.4 crore. The works would be completed in six months. Karimnagar Municipal Corporation mayor S. Ravinder Singh, deputy mayor G. Ramesh, commissioner K.V. Ramana Chary, corporators and authorities of the civic body were present.
