Next Lumia handset may feature a 25MP camera

Microsoft will likely roll out two new flagship handsets - Lumia 940 and Lumia 940XL this year.

The Lumia 940 will basically be an upgraded version of Lumia 930. A report by GSM Arena stated that the Lumia 940 handset might sport a 5.2-inch screen. Whereas, the Microsoft Lumia 940XL devie could feature a larger display i.e. 5.7-inch, and run on Windows 10 operating system.

Nokia Power User reported that the upcoming Lumia handsets are expected to feature a high-resolution camera. The soon-to-be-unveiled Lumia 940 may sport a 24MP or 25MP rear shooter.Rumors also state that the Lumia 940 will feature a 5MP or 8MP front-facing camera. Features like 3D-interaction, Iris scanner and native Pen may also be added to the Microsoft Lumia 940.
