Fight for Zameen Wapsi: Congress launches website ahead of mega rally

New Delhi: The Congress on Saturday launched a "Zameen Wapsi" website on the eve of its big rally of farmers and farm labourers against the controversial Land Bill.

This will be the first non-political rally by the Congress after its defeat in the general election last year. The rally is aimed at reviving the fighting spirit of party workers.

The bilingual website www.zameenwapsi.com has been started as the Narendra Modi government was resorting to a “bundle of lies” on the issue to mislead people, party leader Jairam Ramesh said after launching it.
