This record will set tongues wagging!

This father and daughter duo hold the Guinness World Records for the world’s widest male and female tongues, Syracuse, New York, USA. According to Huffington Post, Byron Schlenker’s tongue measures a monstrous 8.6 cm across, while his 14-year-old daughter Emily isn’t far behind, with her tongue measuring 7.3 cm.
Schlenker, 47, has now been nicknamed the Gobfather, allegedly discovered this gift when he picked up a copy of the Guinness Book of World Records while helping his daughter for a school project.

Schlenker noticed an a page featuring an Australian man with the world's widest tongue while he was looking at the copy of Guinness World Records. He decided to check out if his tongue was wider and turns out it is the widest! Gigantic tongues run in the Schlenker family. Emily's tongue is a massive 2.89-inch tongue and is noted to be the world's largest for a woman.
It does feel a little weird. It's something that doesn't happen every day," Emily was quoted saying in the Mirror.
