No wonder, people have gone crazy about clicking selfies wherever they are. But, even video games are not behind in taking this fad to all new level for the video game fanatics. Many game developers are using this aspect in the games to give a topping to the players. Yes, you heard it right! Video game developers are now seen implementing selfie options in the game play.

One such popular upcoming fighting game is Mortal Kombat X and it includes a scene of selfie. The selfie taken here might be the most gruesome than ever, but it indeed gives the player a sense of connectivity with their real life fun of clicking selfies with their peers, family or friends.

In the brutal fight of Mortal Kombat X, the player named Cassie Cage (the daughter of Mortal Kombat classics Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade) successfully achieves her victory over her opponent with using the weapon CLUB. If that wasn’t enough, she takes the “Finish Her” directive fit for 2015 for this fatality, a move and brief cut scene that occurs when a character wins a fight.

It is a "selfie fatality", when Cassie takes during the end of fatality performance, on taking out a smartphone, and capturing a selfie with the loser’s character. The most awaited fighting game, Mortal Kombat X launched on 14th April 2015 and is available on platforms like PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

Not only Mortal Kombat X—a few more selfies were also found in some of the popular games such as Far Cry, Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain. Check out the videos below.
