Randeep Hooda to star in film based on blood mafia in Haryana

Mumbai: Randeep Hooda will shoot his first film in his home state Haryana this year. The actor has reportedly signed the dotted line for Syed Ahmed Afzal’s ‘Yeh Laal Rang’.

The actor will be playing a Jat in the film that is said to deal with the thefts from blood banks, which is a common occurrence in Haryana. The script has been co-written by Afzal and Pankaj Matta, reports stated.

Randeep reportedly has always been sceptical about films based in Hayrana as they tend to be very wrongly interpreted, however this time the actor was completely blown away by the script.
