After a terrific trailer, Bombay Velvet's first song to release tomorrow
Mumbai: After months of all the hype and anticipation, the makers released the first trailer of the Ranbir, Karan, Anushka starrer ‘Bombay Velvet’ last month. Set against the backdrop of ambition, love, sex, greed, and jazz. ‘Bombay Velvet’ is the story of one ordinary man who goes against all odds and forges his destiny to become a ‘Big Shot’. The makers are set to release the first song tomorrow. Like the trailer, this definitely would live up to the expectations.

Ranbir plays Johnny Balraj in the film and is obsessed about his lady love Rosie played by Anushka and would go to any extreme to have her in his life in this romantic thriller set against the backdrop of the 60s Bombay.
If that doesn’t sound exciting enough we also see director Karan Johar for the first time in a full-fledged role on the big screen. Karan plays the devious, manipulative and cunning Kaizad Khambatta, who doesn't take no for an answer and his way is the only right way for him.
