Take a moment to admire this lady — Mary Parker as she moves through a spectacular cavalcade of throws, head bangs and hair pulls and demonstrates moves known as 'judo gymnastics'. The video has been floating around for some time, but is back in the spotlight after it reappeared recently on Reddit.
The woman demonstrates various methods of forcibly taking down the opponent. The man nose dives into the floor and gets hit in the groin. Miraculously, after she does all of this kicking and somersaulting but not a single hair is out of place on her head even though she’s wearing a pin up hair style. Perhaps, because this was just staged practice. But one can't deny it is very glamorous self-defense.
