Imtiaz Ali off to Tokyo, Ranbir-Deepika to fly next week for 'Tamasha'
Mumbai: The shooting of Imtiaz Ali's next love story 'Tamasha' is almost finished. He has an upcoming shoot in Tokyo which he has already left for. Ranbir and Deepika will leave for Tokyo within a week and join their director.
Imtiaz plans to prep well before his actors arrive for the shoot and get all necessary formalities of permission sorted out. He began the shooting of this ambitious project in the beautiful Corsica Island with Ranbir and Deepika.
'Tamasha' is Imtiaz Ali's second film with Ranbir the first being Rockstar that released in 2011.

He has also shot few portions of the film in Delhi and more recently in Shimla. Most of the on location pictures of the actors have made it on the Internet. In fact, there was a video of Ranbir shooting in an auditorium that made its way on YouTube. It looked like a funny scene that actually made everyone present in the auditorium burst out into laughter.
After the Tokyo schedule, Imtiaz will shoot few poritions in Delhi for 5 days and then the film be wrapped
The official twitter account of Ranbir Kapoor fan club, @RanbirKapoorFC, gave out much needed clarity on the shooting of 'Tamasha'.
The team wrote, “The shooting of Tamasha is almost complete! Only 7 days left - 5 days in Delhi and 2 days in Tokyo.”
It is not clear if the film will be ready to release by this year or will it come out in 2016. For now Ranbir Kapoor is gearing up for his big release 'Bombay Velvet' that hits the theatres on May 15.
