Vidhu Vinod Chopra to host a special screening of 'Broken Horses' for directors
Mumbai: Vidhu Vind Chopra is all geared up for the release of his maiden Hollywood venture Broken Horses. It makes him the first Indian to write, direct and produce a Hollywood film, which has created a great buzz since the trailer launch. Recently, Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan came together to unveil the trailer of the film. Prominent names from the movie-making business like James Cameron and Alfonso Cuaron also hailed VVC's debut film.
Now DC has learnt that Vidhu will be showing the film to many directors of the Hindi film industry. He has planned for a big screening on Monday and the venue for the same has already been booked. We have got confirmations of Ramesh Sippy, Pradeep Sarcar, Sudhir Mishra, Shriram Raghavan, Abhishek Kapoor, Vikramaditya Motwane, Vikas Bahl, Tigmanshu Dhulia, Subhash Kapoor, Bejoy Nambiar and Nikhil Advani who will attend this private screening.
'Broken Horses' is an epic thriller about bonds of brotherhood, laws of loyalty and futility of violence. The film has been written by Mr Chopra and Abhijat.
Distributed and Marketed by Fox Star Studios in India, 'Broken Horses' will hit the theatres on April 10, 2015.
