Confirmed! Hrithik Roshan and Shahid Kapoor to perform at 2015 IPL opening ceremony

Anushka Sharma has also been roped in for a performance at the opening
Mumbai: For all you fans who have been eagerly waiting to know which of your favourite Bollywood stars will be performing at the 2015 Indian Premiere League opening ceremony, here’s some good news.
The official Twitter handle of the IPL confirmed that Hrithik Roshan and Shahid Kapoor are on board for the opening ceremony that will take place on April 7.

— IndianPremierLeague (@IPL) April 4, 2015Also joining the two Bollywood hunks is Anushka Sharma. According to a report in ABP news, sources in the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) confirmed that the actress will perform at the opening ceremony of the IPL, if all goes as planned.
Biswarup Dey, treasurer of Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB), (the hosts of the event) was quoted as saying, “the talks are fruitful and we are hopeful of seeing Anushka for the IPL opening ceremony. The Board is in talks with the actress and an official announcement will be made soon.”
He also added, “There will be a few surprises in store this will be an event to remember. The organisers plan on making the opening ceremony very special.”
