Moto G second generation prices slashed by Rs 2,000

Motorola had announced the Moto G second generation handsets earlier and priced it at Rs 12,999, almost the same price when the Moto G first generation handsets were launched. The Moto G and all Motorola handsets are exclusively available online via Flipkart sales.

Flipkart has announced that the Moto G second generation handsets are on offer with a discount of whopping Rs 2,000 . However, you need to purchase the handset only via the mobile app to avail the offer. If you are purchasing the handset from the website via your PC, you will not get the discount. The Moto G second generation handset is available online for Rs 12,999, and when buying it from the Flipkart app, it is available for Rs 10,999.

The Moto G second generation sports a 5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 720x1280 pixels and is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The handset is powered using a Snapdragon 400 1.7GHz quad-core processor with an Adreno 305 graphics unit and 1GB of RAM. The internal storage is 16GB, expandable to 32GB via a micro SD card. The rear camera is an 8MP, while the front camera is a 2MP. Lastly, the Moto G runs on android KitKat v4.4.4 (upgradable to Lollipop) and is powered by a 2070mAh Li-ion battery.
