Dream job? German website is looking for a 'brothel-tester'

London: A brothel in Germany is advertising vacancies for quality control testers to check cleanliness, safe sex practices and value for money. The Berlin-based brothel's advert appeared on, which translates as, a social media platform for sex workers, clients, brothels and companies specializing in the erotic business, the Daily Star reported.
As per the advert, which claims to want people with a university degree, preferably in business, experience in brothels and a clean bill of health, the job is for an international company with more than 120 workers in Germany, China and Spain.
The ad states "practical experience with many years of brothel visits necessary. You should enjoy having fun with people and you should not be afraid of contact," adding that a multilingual person is desired, with knowledge of French a particular advantage.
Julius Dreyer, who and his two brothers founded for sex workers, aiming to improve the profession by creating a free market for independent said that their vision is to see sex work as an equal and fully accepted part of society.
He added that they believe that all kinds of problems arise from sex workers being isolated and judged.
