Aishwarya Rai Bachchan heads to Mumbai junkyard to shoot for 'Jazbaa'

Mumbai: Former Miss World Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, was photographed at a junkyard in Mumbai, shooting for her next film ‘Jazbaa’.

The picture doing the rounds on several social networking apps, has the star standing on a flight of stairs and looking into the distance with her piercing grey eyes. According to reports, Ash is shooting in Dongar, a junkyard that harbours old cars and scrapped machinery.

Word has it that director Sanjay Gupta was ready to recreate a portion of the yard at a film set, but on Aishwarya’s persistence, decided to shoot on location. Much to the delight of the makers, the former beauty queen didn’t mind going down to the dumps and getting her hands dirty, just to maintain the ‘feel’ of the movie.

Aishwarya heads back to the big screen after taking a four-year long maternity break. She will be playing the role of a lawyer while Irrfan Khan will step into the shoes of a suspended cop in this action flick.

Rumour doing the round states that the official first look of the film will be out in April.
