Auckland: On a high of winning five games in a row, Team India faces Zimbabwe in their last Pool B match in Auckland on Saturday. Check out how the weather and pitch may shape up for the game.

If the Australia vs New Zealand game and Pakistan’s stunning win over South Africa are anything to go by, it is safe to say that the Eden Park pitch offers a lot of help to pace bowlers. For batsmen, more than the pitch, the small size of the playing field is an invitation to clear the boundary rope more often.

Bright and sunny weather will accompany the cricketers and spectators at the Auckland venue with maximum temperature around 27°C and minimum temperature hovering around 18°C.

Umesh Yadav must be licking his lips after seeing what Starc, Boult and Pakistan seamers did on the Eden Park wicket. With the pitch being bowlers’ heaven, the young Indian speedster must be keen to cash in.
