Archana’s big break in Kannada

With her recent Kannada film Mythri receiving great reviews, actress Archana is on cloud nine. “I played a supportive and a strong character. She stands by her husband and it’s an intense subject,” says the actress, adding, “It was a great honour for me to share screen space with one of the best actors of India, Mohan Lal sir.”

She played Mohan Lal’s wife in the film. “Initially I was a bit scared to act with such a great actor. But though he is a superstar, when he comes to the sets he is simple and down-to-earth.” The film also has another national award winning actor, Atul Kulkarni. Archana is currently busy with Telugu and Tamil projects.
