Vijayawada: Gas leakage from a well sparked panic in the Chinapandraka village of Kruttivennu mandal in Krishna district. The leak occurred when drilling operations were being carried out by the ONGC on Sunday.
The leakage started at 3 pm. After a few hours, experts reached from Rajamundry and stopped the leakage. However, the surrounding paddy fields were damaged due to the gas leakage.
