Water bill defaulters’ assets seized

HYDERABAD: The Water Board has invoked the RR Act by confiscating mobile assets of three defaulters for non-payment of dues on Saturday. Defaulters who assets have been confiscated are the occupants of House No. 6-3-2, Bhoiguda (CAN: 0712-103080), who failed to clear dues of Rs 1.4 lakh.
 
The consumer with CAN: 071110512 also faced the same fate for dues amounting to Rs 63,378. The occupants of House No. 8-2-241, opposite Manohar Talkies, Secunderabad, with CAN: 071313102, meanwhile, failed to pay Rs 48,987. 
 
They were served Red Notice and Form-I under the RR Act.The movable assets were seized In the presence of V.L. Praveen Kumar, chief general manager (E)/Revenue Circle, and officials of the Vigilance Wing, Task Force, of the water Board.
