Hyderabad: Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan will address joint sessions of TS and AP Assemblies on March 7. Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Saturday finalised the dates and briefed the Governor about the schedule and requested him to address the joint session on March 7 at 11 am. AP Budget Session will also start on March 7 and the Governor’s address was tentatively fixed at 9.30 am.
The Governor, after giving his speech in AP Assembly, has to return to Raj Bhavan and then go to TS Assembly. As per protocol, after concluding the speech, he is not supposed to spend time on the premises to address the next House. The Telangana Budget will be presented on March 11 and is expected to sit on March 12, 15, 21, 22.

Motion of Thanks for Governor Address: March 8, 9, 10
Budget Presentation: March 11
General Discussion on Budget: March 13, 14 and 16
Reply to the Discussion by Finance Minister: March 17
Discussion on Demands of Grants and other Business: Till March 27.
No sittings of Houses: March 12, 15, 21, 22
