Lucknow: Had it not been a social function, Prime Minister Narendra Modi shaking hands with former Bihar chief minister Lalu Prasad Yadav and exchanging pleasantries with SP president Mulayam Singh Yadav would have provided a perfect and rare photo opportunity — one that seemed like a fantastic political premiere for an optimist. The PM was in Saifai village Saturday to attend the “tilak” ceremony of SP MP Tej Pratap Yadav.
