Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Saturday said the government would give top priority to jobs for locals besides regulating engineering colleges and curbing fake IT certificates racket in the state. He asserted prominent personalities irrespective of the regions will be given their due in Telangana.
