This might be the ultimate 'dont try this at home' video that you will watch today. A woman from Dallas, Texas is an expert sword swallower and as seen in the video the blade is real, so is the risk.

Veronica Hernandez, is a proffessional sword swallower and stage performer. She has been known to a part of burlesque shows and sideshow acts. According to the Daily Mail, the fourteen inches of steel goes down her esophagus, past the heart, to the stomach. The technique is a an entirely new challenege during pregnancy.

Reportedly Hernandez, never attempted the stunt while carrying her first child — but then another pregnant sword swallower gave her some advice. She uses a blunt blade but the effects are still potentially fatal for the mother-to-be.

Hernandez claims to have made some changes to the way she stands so her vital organs are aligned in a particular way. She will be among the many performers at the World Sword SWallower's Day on February 28 in Grand Prairie in USA.
