Hyderabad: Proliferation of websites purportedly belonging to the Telangana State Public Service Commission has become a headache for the recruitment body. The TSPSC has now filed a complaint with the state IT department after the fake websites even published fake job notifications with deadlines. TSPSC said that it doesn’t have a website yet, but one will be made functional in a week or so.
TSPSC officials said that a complaint about the menace of fake web portals claiming to be run by the Commission has been filed with the IT department. “These websites have been mushrooming and even showing job notifications in some cases. They ask students to pay exam fees. We don’t have anything to do with these websites. We have informed the IT department about this problem,” a senior official said.
