In October, this model from Las Vegas shot to fame after her performance to a piece of Mozart that took the internet by storm. Although the video drew a lot of attention on the social media, some people raised questions on the nip-sync being fake but Sara X managed to take her haters down with grace.

"While my boobs are very fake, the video is very real... I am flexing my pectoral muscles and it's moving my implants," Sara had said in a Facebook post.

The model after the success of her first video did a duet with her boyfriend on Eric Weissberg number playing in the background for a breast cancer cause.
