Actor Venkatesh may soon be seen playing the lead in an upcoming film directed by Dasarath. The project is expected to start in the first week of April and it will be formally be launched in March.
After scoring a hit with Santosham early in his career, Dasarath suffered a decline in his career till Mr Perfect went on to become a hit. However, his last movie Greeku Veerudu bombed at the box office. The director is now pinning a lot of hope on his next film with Venkatesh and apparently Sruthi Haasan is being considered for the lead role opposite Venkatesh in the film.
