The AIB Roast is still making headlines. This time it was actor Aamir Khan who found the roast “too violent”. At a recent press conference in Mumbai, the star said that he was “deeply affected and disappointed with it” and condemned his friends Karan Johar and Arjun Kapoor for being a part of it. Aamir said, “I am not a 14-year-old that I will be impressed by cuss words. If you want to make me laugh, you will have to do that with a kind of humour that doesn’t hurt anyone.”
As this news spread, Twitteratis came out in support of the comedy group. Many mocked Aamir’s stand as he was the producer of the film Delhi Belly, which was replete with cuss words. User Chandresh Shetty wrote, Apparently Aamir Khan is deeply disturbed by AIB Roast. Bhaag DKboseDK was highly educational. Another Neeraj Kumar, stated, So Mr Aamir Khan, saying ‘bhosdk’ and other things work in your movie, ur allowed to come naked as well but AIB Roast is not ok? Grow up!!
Even though Aamir said that he had seen only parts of the roast, the Tweets were scathing. Talvinder Singh wrote, Apparently @aamir_khan got a Delhi Belly after consuming Roasted #AIB. A virus called HYPOCRISY is detected in his digestive tract.
