Hyderabad: A minor fire incident in the Kasu Brahmananda Reddy (KBR) National Park in Banjara Hills created panic among walkers in the early hours on Sunday
“The fire was caused as garbage caught fire due to unknown reasons. This is the second such incident of garbage catching fire on its own in KBR Park since January and we are looking into the reasons for the same,” said Mohan Rao Fire Officer at the Film Nagar fire station. There were no casualities or injuries reported. Reportedly, the fire staff was alerted about the fire at 9:25 am by a walker at the park and they saved property worth Rs 5 lakh.
