Contrary to the popular belief that the new Salman Khan film Bajrangi Bhaijaan is about love jihad, the film is actually a tender exploration of the bonds of humanity. We can now tell you that the plot follows a little Pakistani girl who loses her way at the border and ventures into Indian territory. “Salman’s character finds this little girl and takes on the responsibility of re-uniting her with her parents in Pakistan,” a person in the know reported.
“Bajrangi Bhaijaan (as Salman is called in the film) becomes very attached to the little girl. Incidentally, Salman himself was very fond of the little actress; he dotes on little kids, especially his nephews, and has often talked about how much he wants to have his own children someday. He was able to establish a wonderful bond with the little girl,” the source adds. Salman previously played daddy to a young Aditya Narayan in Jab Pyar Kissi Se Hota Hai and to Ali Haji in Partner.
