Salman Khan's first production 'Hero' to release July 3

Mumbai: Salman Khan's first home production 'Hero' will release on July 3, Nikhil Advani announced. 'Hero' which features Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty is a remake of Subhash Ghai's 1983 film of the same name. The film, starring debutante actors Suraj Pancholi and Sunil Shetty's daughter Athiya, is the remake of the superhit 1983 film of the same name. The upcoming film is helmed by 'Kal Ho Naa Ho' director Nikhil Advani. The film will also feature Govinda, Kader Khan, Vinod Khanna, Anita Hassanandani and Salman Khan in a cameo appearance. The music for the movie is being composed by the hit trio Shankar- Ehsaan-Loy.
