Mumbai: Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor are currently in Kolkata shooting for the highly anticipated Imtiaz Ali film ‘Tamasha’. The social media is abuzz with pictures from the sets of the film. The team shot major portions of the film in Corsica, France earlier in 2014.
Reports state, Ranbir will play a nomad who travels around entertaining people. He doesn’t have a permanent residence and keeps wandering. Whereas Deepika’s character is an Asterix comic book fan, which is based in Corsica.
Both their characters meet there, where Deepika is on a journey following the trail of a character in the series, and Ranbir is wandering about in Corsica. Ranbir’s character also happens to share the same interest and they set out on a journey performing street plays and entertaining the locals together.
