WhatsApp Plus, which is a third party app, received a temporary ban last week. The official website of WhatsApp had issued a notice to its users stating, ‘If we suspect that your account activity constitutes an abuse of our system, your account will be temporarily banned from using WhatsApp. You will receive a warning message in the app that contains the duration of this temporary ban.’
However, AndroidPit recently reported that, a member of XDA developers uploaded a new ban-free version of WhatsApp Plus. Although the new version does not remove the already issued ban, it will prevent the user from receiving one in future.
To use the new version of WhatsApp Plus, users will have to uninstall the previous version of WhatsApp and WhatsApp Plus before installation.
More so, the new WhatsApp Plus version features the material design aesthetics and the features to hide last seen and disable the deadly two-blue-ticks.
